Ride Joburg
Road Events

Established in 1997, the Ride Joburg is held annually over an eight-day period in November and is South Africa’s ultimate celebration of cycling. It includes the Children’s Cycle Challenge, Ride Joburg MTB Challenge, a high-profile expo and the Cycle Challenge that draws upwards of 20000 participants to enjoy riding through the closed-to-traffic streets of Johannesburg. Ride Joburg is South Africa's second-largest timed events.

Sanlam Cape Town Marathon

Sanlam Cape Town Marathon is Africa’s only World Athletics Gold Label Status Marathon. It is managed by a partnership between WPA, the City of Cape Town and Cape Town Marathon Pty Ltd and is endorsed by two of South Africa’s sporting greats, Elana Meyer and Francois Pienaar. Otter Terrex Trail Run

Marathon distance. Four river crossings. Over 2600 meters of elevation gain and 11 significant climbs. This is what makes The Otter - Grail of Trail. Participants are transported to the Start of the Otter Run at Storms River Rest Camp on the morning of race day. The Cut-off for an official finish of the Otter Run is 8 hours and of the Otter Challenge is 11 hours. There are 3 cut off points en route where participants failing to arrive on time will be removed from the course. The Otter is run along a section of near-pristine coastline and we want to keep it that way.
